Ok, A question of the rhetorical type. Why make an appointment if your still gonna wait for 3 hours? When you're told it should only be 1-1/2 hours seems reasonable. Yet after 2 1/2 hours I find myself getting the feeling they haven't been honest which as a consumer this is not what I expect or will allow. I had ordered my special tires 2- weeks in advance to avoid delays & made sure they new I was going to wait. So when I asked what was taking so long I overheard the other agent giving the same scripted speech to a customer. Honestly & transparency is what my intent here, that's all folks... Good Tires, parking, & wait time, not so much. $1600.00 ???? I got what I wanted. Next time I'll try again a block down the street, maybe...

Alignment is too expensive and not lifetime. Wheels works offers cheaper alignment and lifetime warranty. I went to try to get a price match , they didn’t care and said there wasn’t nothing they could for me. waste gas and time.

I went in around noon on Thursday and a tall man 5’9”-ish helped me at the counter. I told him I heard knocking when turning my steering wheel. I asked to have my tires rotated and he mentioned that my alignment is still under warranty as well. I have bought my tires & alignment at Big O for years, because of the free rotate and alignment. I really appreciate how well the mechanic fixed my knocking issue and I can drive around safely again. I am grateful for the kindness of the tall guy explaining what was wrong with my steering. He renewed my belief in honest sales people who are indeed looking out for the customer’s safety. Thanks a bunch!!

I just had an amazing experience at this Big O Tires after a long road trip. Came in for a free inspection, and both the service advisor Juan Rodriguez and the technician David Quick went above and beyond. Juan was welcoming over the phone and just as patient, polite, and knowledgeable in person during both check-in and check-out. David performed a very thorough inspection and diagnostic scan on my car. After carefully checking everything and confirming there was nothing wrong, he also cleared out all the stored codes that had triggered during the road trip. I’m truly impressed with the care they provided. Highly recommend this location!

Great experience with this shop! Highly recommend! David was great. He was able to get the tires I wanted in stock in less than 24 hours. Jose did put new shoes on Titan (the car), did a battery check, and alignment, and loaded up my ROFs since they were still in good shape. Thank you guys!
